My name is Eva. I have always been interested in the human experience. Our minds and hearts, intentions, actions. How we show up. How we love. How we fight. With a background in theatre (acting), several yoga teaching certifications (classical, prenatal/postnatal & yoga nidra) and a Masters degree in Peace & Reconciliation Studies, my work revolves around relationships - the ones we have with ourselves, and the ones we participate in - and transforming the inevitable conflict that comes with them into a force for good.
I live in Colorado, love the mountains, and hike often. As a Wisconsin native, I also love the cold, but I miss water. I love baking, the moon, creatures big and small, and all things cozy. And I am mom to three magical, thoughtful kiddos, who teach me more than anyone ever will.
hi
“Bring me a fruit from the nyagrodha tree.”
“Here it is, sir.”
“Break it. What do you see?”
“These seeds, Father, all exceedingly small.”
“Break one. What do you see?”
“Nothing at all.”
“That hidden essence you do not see, dear one, from that a whole nyagrodha tree will grow.”
